Hard disagree. I am positive I could do this, but I do no cardio. The weightlifting I do has had little effect on my cardio fitness as it relates to doing things that would increase my VO2 max.

I was in this same boat. I just walk about 25k steps a day and lift weights.

Didn't really have a form of cardio i liked. I could never be consistent with running. I settled on this combination with stairclimbing and farmers carries.

Dumbphones exist, degoogled phones exist. If it weren't for the USA's telcom differences a fairphone with PostmarketOS would be great. I enjoy postmarketOS on my pinephone, the phone's hardware is just far too shit for daily driving.

Not really how it works anymore. Everyone just gets 4 year RSU grants with an even vesting schedule and no lockout period, and it has been that way for a long time now. I've never really heard of anyone at Meta getting options (maybe possible for execs?).

That said, with enough stock growth, the stacking RSU grants can still enter into "never having to work again" territory depending on your role/level and how many grants you've been able to stack.

I read the book on release and loved it. The main themes and plot points are present in the movie, though it's overall a bit less nerdy and a bit more comical than the book. I think it is easily one of the best, most enjoyable sci-fi movies released this decade.

I completely agree. I didn't read the book but the science the made sense to me. But then maybe I was able to fill in details mentally.
